One of the primary aims of Simurgh is skills acquisition for Nigerians. We have already established technical and financial partnerships with local and international companies to accelerate in-country capacity development. We incorporate skills training programmes into all our projects, with pre-determined training milestones that are in line with clients’ capability requirements.
